SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM - GRAB & GO!
As part of its efforts to ensure kids have access to healthy meals during the summer months, Ainsworth Community Schools is pleased to announce its summer meals site will be serving kids 1-18 again this year. Starting on June 5th and will end on July 28th all kids 1-18 can receive lunches free of charge. No application, registration or proof of residency is required.
Lunch will be served by the Big A Sign in right inside the doors Monday through Thursday,11:45am-12:30pm at Ainsworth Community Schools. Friday meals will be sent home on Thursday.
The Summer Meals program is funded by the USDA and run by school districts and local organizations; sites can be found across the US. Stopping by a summer meal site with your family not only saves you time and money spent grocery shopping and meal prepping; it also helps support our school and community.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
